Support and the same opportunities in education must be available to all students, including those with disability, and schools must make 'reasonable adjustments' to student learning programs and the school environment.

Students with disability can access additional support at primary and high school through both internal and external services - like special classes or units within the school or even special schools located in stand-alone specialised settings, as well as teaching aids and allied health supports. Support is also available at preschool, kindergartens, children's and early learning centres.
